St. Luke's programs help children and teens build a foundation for life grounded in authentic faith, friendship, worship, and service.

Ministries for children, youth, and families

Through learning, service, and fun, St. Luke's programs are designed to provide children and teens with a foundation for life grounded in authentic faith.

Families also share beloved parish traditions throughout the year, from the Christmas Eve Pageant to Youth Sunday, the Easter Egg Hunt, Music and Arts Camp, and more.

Children, Youth & Family Ministries

These regular programs help children and youth worship, learn, serve, ask good questions, and grow in community.

Children's Church

Recommended for children 4 years through 3rd grade

During the Sunday 10:30am liturgy

Children gather in church and process to the Children's Church room for a lesson and activity, returning during the Peace. Children's Church is led by St. Luke's staff and trained volunteers.

Nursery

Infants through 4 year olds

Sunday mornings beginning at 10:00am, or 9:00am when Formation Hour is offered

Nursery care is available for St. Luke's youngest children on Sunday mornings. The nursery was renovated in summer 2024.

Youth Group

Middle and high school students

Gatherings at least once a month during the program year

Youth gather at church or in members' homes for dinner, fun, and discussion. Service projects and other activities also take place throughout the program year.

Choristers

Kindergarten through 8th grade

Wednesdays, with a 6:00pm meal for choristers and families after rehearsal

The Chorister program is an important part of St. Luke's children and youth ministries. It helps children build community, friendships, musical skill, and confidence in worship leadership.
